TV Show Auditions, a website with updated casting and auditions information, provided an article regarding "American Horror Story," which will reportedly film in both Los Angeles and New Orleans.
"The show's guest stars and extras will be cast throughout the season. After two seasons shooting in Los Angeles, the series moves to [New Orleans] for its third season," writes the casting call.
"Filming begins July 23, 2013 in New Orleans, LA and will continue through January, 2014."
Given that "American Horror Story: Coven" will premiere in October, this schedule seems very jam-packed.
But what's more interesting is that a quick plot synopsis is also included, although its credibility seems up for debate.
"'American Horror Story: Coven' will center on a family who moves across country after suffering a tragedy. The theme will be witches and witch hunts."
"Jessica Lange will be playing a 'glamor cat' and will be going at it against Academy Award winner Kathy Bates. Bates will portray a woman who, at the start, is Lange's character's best friend, but will become her worst enemy."
The first plot line seems very similar to "American Horror Story" season 1, which could discredit this spoiler. However, it is the second part that seems very revealing and potentially valid.
Given that official casting notices have been going out to all the relevant sources, could "American Horror Story: Coven" have provided this plot spoiler?
