PS4 Vs. Xbox One Poll: Nintendo No Match For Sony And Microsoft? Only 2 Percent Of Gamers Prefer The Wii U Over the Playstation 4 And Xbox One

Only two percent of gamers prefer the Wii U over the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One, a poll conducted by EGM Now reveals, leaving Nintendo fans wondering how their console will fare against Sony and Microsoft. 

The poll also revealed that 77 percent of gamers prefer the Playstation 4 and 21 percent prefer the Xbox One. 

EGM Now's survey matches another web-based poll that gathered over 75,000 votes and revealed that 75 percent of gamers prefer the Playstation 4 over the Xbox One, according to N4G.

The poll gathered information from votes posted in an online video game forum.

And another poll published by xboxonevspsfour.com reveals that 75.54 percent of gamers prefer Sony's Playstation 4 console while 23.46 percent prefer Microsoft's Xbox One.

Results from Strategy Analytics' latest survey indicate that 14.2 percent of consumers are "very or somewhat likely to buy a PS4 within the next twelve months." Comparatively, just 9.5 percent will buy an Xbox One, GameZone also reports.

"Our survey suggests that consumers believe the PS4 will win the early phase of the next generation console war," said Jia Wu, Director or Connected Home Devices, according to the survey.
