Band CNBLUE and Big Bang member Daesung's new Japan singles has ranked in the 'Top 5' on the Oricon chart.

As of August 1, Oricon stated that CNBLUE's single, Lady, that was released on July 31, had ranked number 2 on the chart. "Lady" also gained much attention as it was a self-composed song by member Jung Yong Hwa.

Big Bang member Daesung released his new single, I Love You, and ranked at number 5 on the chart.

"I Love You" is originally a song by a famous Japanese artist, Ozaki Yutaka, and became famous in Korea by group Position, who sang a rendition of this song.

Daesung has also created his own rendition of the song that featured his own style.
