Infinite’s L in ‘The Master’s Sun’ As Young So Ji Sub

The first scene of Infinite's L in 'The Master's Sun' as a young So Ji Sub was revealed.

He said, 'I didn't even know I was injured during filming.'

L stars as actor So Ji Sub's younger self in SBS 'The Master's Sun' (Written by Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran, production by Jin Hyuk, produced by Bon Factory) as a self-centered shopping mall CEO, Joo Joong Won. He's expected to play the part of Joo Joong Won's past in this suspenseful drama.

To play So Ji Sub's younger self, L did a great job of capturing So Ji Sub's intense gaze in his first shooting. The first scene involved young Joo Joong Won's abduction and the very important scene takes place in a warehouse, where he is tied fast to a chair. He played the character as a fearful and fierce young Joo Joong Won.

L's first filming was set on July 25 at a destination in Kyungkido Yangpyunggoon OkChunmyun. As soon as the scene started, L immersed deep into his character. Consequently he wasn't even aware that his hands and arms were scathed as he struggled against the ropes that held him to the chair. L said, 'I didn't want to embarrass the experienced actors so I was really nervous about the filming,' and 'So Ji Sub's words of encouragement before filming really were a great help in my acting. Thanks to him I was able to complete filming without any hiccups.'

Bon Factory said, 'Although the role of young Joo Joong Won was a small part, it is instrumental in setting up the part So Ji Sub would play and in explaining his character,' and praised L for 'performing above and beyond the part of So Ji Sub's younger self,' and said 'L's intense gaze acting is something to look forward to in the upcoming episode.'
