Olivia Culpo dating Nick Jonas? According to E! News, an eyewitness caught Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and Nick Jonas having a cozy dinner at Ovest Pizzoteca in New York City on Thursday, August 1. Adhering to the “No shirt no service” policy Nick Jonas wasn’t shirtless.

Olvia Culpo’s diet plan probably doesn’t include pizza unless there’s something to work it off. The witness said Olivia Culpo and Nick Jonas held hands and leaned in close to each other while they were eating. The witness said Olivia Culpo and Nick Jonas left the pizzeria looking "really happy."

Olivia Culpo and Nick Jonas were first spotted when they left Jonas’ apartment. The source told E! News, "They were holding hands and there were fans standing outside. As soon as they saw the fans, they stopped holding hands." The witness said Olivia Culpo walked up the street and waited for Nick Jonas on a corner.

The witness told E! that Nick Jonas and Olivia Culpo continued walking hand-in-hand down the street, saying "They looked really happy when they walked together. Me and my friend both agreed they were, like, swinging their arms all happily."

Nick Jonas’ girlfriend for the evening, Olivia Culpo and Ryan Lochte, the Olympic medal-winner, used to be an item. Ryan Lochte said she was a "a good girl to hang out with."

Olivia Culpo told HollywoodLife.com, "I think that when people see me they don't see Miss Universe at first, and then there's always that awkward moment when they find out, and you have to think, 'This is a little uncomfortable.' I don't know if they like me or they just think it's cool so they can tell their friends that they’re talking to Miss Universe. But to me I’m still just Olivia, which I’m going to continue thinking that, instead of the title!"

Nick Jonas and Olivia Culpo met at the the 2013 Miss USA pageant, where the Jonas Brother was a co-presenter alongside Giuliana Rancic, and Culpo was in the audience. The Jonas Brothers gave a live performance. Joe Jonas had previously judged the 2012 Miss USA pageant, where the former Miss Rhode Island was first crowned.

No one from Nick Jonas or Olivia Culpo's camp made any comment on the date. A rep for Ovest Pizzoteca did confirm that Nick Jonas was there that night.
