At the end of July, Benedict Cumberbatch was spotted with two different beautiful women in a week, sparking rumors that he might have a new girlfriend. But now sources are coming out to say the women are just friends of Cumberbatch's and that he may still be single.

The first woman was Russian model-turned-actress Katia Elizarova, 24. Katia and the "Star Trek" star, 37, were spotted sharing a quick kiss at a friend's wedding in late July, but Katia denied rumors they were together. The Daily Mail reports that Katia actually lives with her businessman boyfriend of four years in London. 

"I know the pictures look intimate but it's all innocent," Katia said, The Daily Mail reports.

The other woman was a mystery redhead who he was spotted leaving a London nightclub with for his belated birthday celebrations. The woman has now been identified as "Dracula" actress Charlotte Asprey, Fashion & Style reports.

The Daily Mail reports that Asprey is a friend from Cumberbatch's theatre school days. They were seen leaving Cirque du Soir, which features fire-eaters and topless dancers, after celebrating Cumberbatch's 37th birthday, Fashion & Style reports.

The Daily Mirror reports that a source said that the two are just close friends.

"Charlotte has been friends with Benedict for a number of years now," the source said.

"She joined him to celebrate his birthday along with several of their close pals and some of his family members."

Asprey stars in the upcoming TV series "Dracula," which is currently filming, Fashion & Style reports. Jonathan Rhys-Meyers will star as Dracula.

This silences the possibility that Cumberbatch was dating either Katia or Charlotte. Ladies, it's very likely Cumberbatch is still single.

According to Now, Cumberbatch also revealed that he is no longer in a rush to get married.

"I used to think that I'd get married by my mid-thirties and have children," he said, "but now I think I can wait."

"I'm no longer in a hurry to get married," Benedict said.
