Madonna and some other artist can join Lady Gaga on the Soviet Union hit list for giving an applause to Russia's LGBT community despite the country's anti-gay laws.

Just last week, the Mother Monster went on a Twitter rant to defend the Russian LGBT community and confront their officials who are trying to prosecute her for allegedly entering the country illegally and promoting homosexuality on stage.

"Where's all my gay kids tonight? Tonight this is my house, Russia," said Gaga during last year's performance there. " You can be gay in my house."

Madonna could also be under investigation for making a similar stance during a performance when passing out pink armbands and supporting pro LGBT feminist punk group Pussy Riot. Three of their members are in prison for revolting against Russian president Vladimir Putin.

"I think that they have done something courageous," said Madonna about the Pussy Riot at a August 2012 concert, according to CBS News. "I think they have paid the price for this act, and I pray for their freedom."

Due to a Russian law that made promoting homosexuality to minors illegal, the "Like A Virgin" artist was sued. However, the case was dismissed.

The European country's most recent target is the American band The Bloodhound Gang. After one of the members stuffed a Russian flag down their pants during a performance in the Ukraine, they were kicked out of the country.
