The dating pact between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is on the condition that Heard be open with Depp about anything she does in a relationship with other women.

A source close to the couple told Look, the British magazine, that “Johnny always knew this aspect of her life was important and he says as long as she makes it clear he’s her number one, she can do whatever she likes. It’s liberating for both of them. They are both very honest and open with each other and this pact has just made them stronger as a couple.”

Amber Heard has a history of being open and honest about her sexuality. Amber says that doesn’t want to confine herself in conventional terms. Amber Heard doesn’t want to clearly define herself. The inside source said that Johnny Depp just wants Amber’s honesty. “Amber’s always been honest with Johnny and told him from the start that she can’t change who she is, and that she’ll always be interested in women as well as men. He has now promised her it’s fine if she has someone on the side, as long as they’re the same sex.”

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s dating understanding only refers to Amber. There have been no leaks about whether Johnny Depp can also see other women. Or if Johnny Depp can date men.

Before dating Johnny Depp, 50, Amber Heard, 27, dated female photographer Tasya van Ree for four years.

The source added, "There have been rumors Johnny and Amber are on the rocks, but the truth is they're having a great time and he's still so in awe of her adventurous side. It's what first attracted him to her.
