As low cost Smartphones proliferate the third world market, the two phone manufacturing giants does a take on a low cost smartphone to increase market share.

Cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better, but it sells fast like hotcakes. Popularity of cheaper phones had always attracted consumers, and with the upcoming launch of the iPhone 5C and Google Nexus 5, which between the two is truly worth every penny. Expect an affordable but with high end features from both the two.

The LG Nexus 4 had fused great specifications and features and a pocket friendly price tag. Not to be left out Apple is rumored to release a high-end but low cost smart phone for the first time ever. This phone is specially targeted for third world countries, where there is a proliferation of various android brands and models that make up the total market share of phone users in the region.

Apple and Google is on the race towards the best low cost high end phone before the start of the fourth quarter. The Nexus 5 is expected to have a 5 inch full HD screen display with a 8 core processor clocked at 2.3 gHz and 3GB of LDPDDR3 RAM and a 13MP rear camera with a 3300 mAh battery capacity, and as expected Android will be its operating system. Variants of the low cost high end smartphone will be from 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, all supporting a 4G/LTE connectivity that lacked in the Nexus 4.

Apple's iPhone 5C's will boast a 4 inch screen display, an 8MP back camera, dual core processor, which is housed in a plastic casing. The consumers may expect a sort of commercialized version of the iPhone 5S through the 5C with cheaper material.
