Kendra Spears Marries Prince Rahim: Kendra Spears is a Seattle girl who grew up to become Princess Salwa Aga Khan. Kendra Spears married Prince Rahim in a private traditional Muslim ceremony on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland.

Before she married Prince Rahim and became Princess Salwa Aga Khan, Kendra Spears received a B.A. in sociology from the University of Washington. In January 2008, she was discovered via MySpace, by Ford Models. Spears entered into the Supermodel Of The World competition, becoming a finalist.
She landed a contract with Ford Models after the competition ended, making her debut at New York Fashion Week in September 2008.
New princess Kendra Spears has appeared on the covers of lofty titles like French ELLE, Chinese Vogue, and Dazed & Confused.
In New York, Kendra Spears - also known as Princess Salwa Aga Khan - is signed to super-cool agency NEXT Models, alongside models like Anja Rubik.
Kendra Spears Princess Salwa Aga Khan has just been announced as the face of Escada's Fall/Winter 2013 campaign.
Prince Rahim is estimated to be worth about 800 million dollars. Father of Prince Rahim, the Aga Khan, is a British national and the 49th hereditary Imam of Ismaili Shi'as. He is regarded by his followers as a direct bloodline descendent of the prophet Mohamed, making Prince Rahim a descendent as well.
The family has a history of fashionable beauties, as Prince Rahim's grandfather was married to the legendary Hollywood actress Rita Hayworth, and his father was married to British model Sarah Croker-Poole.
The Kendra Spears wedding was at Chateau de Bellerive and was attended by family and close friends. Kendra Spears married Prince Rahim in a sari by a designer recommended by Naomi Campbell.
