After Star magazine managed to whip up a story that Zac Efron's dating life in 2013 includes Kristen Stewart, Gossip Cop is calling bluff.




A close Hollywood insider told the online publication that the allegations of a hook up between the two stars are "ridiculous."




According to Star's source, Stewart is ready to get back into the dating scene after ending things with Robert Pattinson.




"Kristen’s relationship with Rob was so tense,” said. “She’s ready to have a good time, and wants to date a completely different type of guy.”




Since Stewart is supposedly not trying to rush back into a relationship and Efron hasn't been in a serious one since Vanessa Hudgens, the source implied the two might be perfect for one another.




“He’s a bit of a playboy,” the source says of Zac. “So he wants to keep his partying lifestyle intact. He’s not looking for anything emotional, and Kristen doesn’t want anything serious. This could work out great for both of them.”




Whether Stewart has her eyes set on Efron or not, a friend told Hollywood Life that the actress is enjoying a break from the states while she shoots her new movie "Sils Maria" in Berlin.




“Kristen is the happiest she’s been in a long time,” said the friend. “She feels a sense of freedom being in Berlin and is having a really fun time on the set and just exploring the city and the countryside.”
