G-Dragon's Latest Act Of Charity - Building A Fishery In Haiti

Many K-Pop idols donate to various charities, participate in awareness campaigns and endorse organizations that are helping to solve some of the world's greatest problems.

It is not uncommon for rice donations to be made by fans attending concerts in Korea and often times celebrities encourage their supporters to use their resources and time to help a charity rather than on fan gifts.

For the finale of his One of a Kind world tour in Seoul last weekend, G-Dragon took things a step further.

A booth was erected at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastic Arena, the venue for the concert, where fans could donate to build a fishery in Haiti.

The project is in collaboration with the YG WITH Campaign which G-Dragon previously worked with to help build a school in Nepal.

The goal for the One of a Kind finale shows was to raise enough money to build a fish farm in the ailing island nation of Haiti - and it was a success!

All the money collected by the YG WITH Campaign will soon make its way to the Caribbean where it will be used in its entirety to construct a fish farm that will greatly improve the lives of hundreds of Haitians.
