Man of Steel 2 cast rumors will definitely continue, for as long as the production people behind the Superman-Batman movie remain tight-lipped about what's going on behind the scenes of the highly-anticipated film. Only last week, a fresh wave of speculations arose after Justin Timberlake had expressed his admiration for the villain "The Riddler."

He later said he was misinterpreted.
Capitol FM quoted the 32-year old singer/ actor as saying, "Something I said recently got completely, not surprisingly, misinterpreted. But no, I have no desire to be any type of superhero. I could never live up to those types of standards."
He was speaking of what he said earlier to Fresh 102.7 in New York, "I ain't playing Robin. I have no aspiration to ever be a superhero in a movie. Now a villain!"
He added, "The Riddler is my favorite villain. The Riddler was like a sociopath. He was proper crazy. So if I'm gonna play crazy, I wanna play proper crazy."
The clarification came during a press conference for "Runner, Runner," a movie he shares with none other than the new Batman himself, Ben Affleck.
There are no superheroes in this film as it is about a poor student, Richie Furst (Timberlake), who got duped out of his tuition money in online poker. He tracks the owner of the gambling scheme, Ivan Blocke (Affleck), but ends up being Blocke's right hand man. FBI agent Zbysko (Anthony Mackie) further complicates matters for him. "Runner, Runner" is scheduled to be shown in theatres on September 27.
But Riddler or no Riddler, Man of Steel 2 Superman vs. Batman stars Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman. Amy Adams returns as Lois Lane, Diane Lane will reprise her role as Martha Kent, and Laurence Fishburne will come back as Perry White. It is scheduled to be released on July 17, 2015.
