According to contactmusic.com, Jennie Garth met Michael Shimbo through mutual friends a few months ago and the pair have been dating since they met.

A source told Usmagazine.com, "They met through a friend. They've been seeing each other for a couple of months now. They are great together. Super sweet."

Jennie Garth and her boyfriend went to the Comedy Central taping of "Roast of James Franco" in Culver City, California, together on Aug 25 and have posted pictures of each other on social media.
