Ailee and ElectroBoyz Take Us Back In Time With DEUX Remake 'Go Away'

K-Pop singer Ailee has joined forces with hip-hop artists ElectroBoyz and Bigstar's FeelDog for to get fans into the 90's groove with the release of "Go Away."

The song was originally dropped in 1994 by one of Korea's original hip-hop artists DEUX, and featured vocals by Jang Hye Jin.

For the updated version Ailee lends her beautiful singing voice to the song's chorus while the rap verses are provided by ElectroBoyz and FeelDong.

The arrangement of the modern version of "Go Away" was done by accomplished Korean producer Brave Brothers who was quoted as saying "Since DEUX's tune is a true classic, I tried to show off the original song's vibe and added a touch of the trendy music genre dub step."

Not surprisingly, the song has all the makings of a 90's dance club theme with a modern twist that keeps it relevant for today's market.

A fun, upbeat track - it is a real shame it is coming at the end of the summer rather than the beginning as it would have been the perfect addition to summer night party soundtracks.

Ailee's voice shines as a guide for the song as she leads us through catchy rap verses provided by Maboos, Chakun, and FeelDog - with the BIGSTAR member adding an additional element of playfulness and dimension with his style and delivery.

"Go Away" is part of the DEUX 20th Anniversary Tribute Album project which also includes remakes of the iconic group's hits by the likes of Sojin of Girl's Day and international K-Pop phenomenon Psy.
