Newlyweds Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon left for a two-month honeymoon in Europe this week, according to the news organization Nate.

And although representatives at Hyori's record label B2M Entertainment refused to give specifics about the couple's itinerary, they did reveal that the two Lees left for their honeymoon with a mutual friend.

"From what I know, the couple have left for Europe on their honeymoon two days ago," said an anonymous industry insider, the website Soompi reported on Wednesday.

"They will be spending their first Chuseok holiday as a married couple in Europe. It appears that they will be travelling around for around two months."

According to the source, Lee Sang Soon, the guitarist in the band Rollercoaster, has an extensive knowledge of Europe from his time spent in the Netherlands as a music student.

"Lee Sang Soon is familiar with European culture as he studied at a college of music in Amsterdam in the Netherlands," the source said.

The couple will reportedly be roughing it for at least some of the honeymoon.

"It appears that the couple will be going on a free-going backpacking trip, befitting of their usual personality," the source said.

Lee Hyori surprised the host of the South Korean radio show "Midday Hopeful Song," last week with her first interview since getting married, when she called into the show unexpectedly.

"I thought the married life would be different, but it's pretty similar," Lee Hyori said. "Everyone said marriage is different, but I'm not sure so far."

Yet there is one major difference to being married, the "Bad Girls" singer admitted; she doesn't feel alone anymore.

"Before getting married, there were some lonely times," Hyori said. "But now, it feels like there's always someone on my side."

The former Fin.K.L singer, who told host Kim Shin Young she was bringing her dogs outside to run around during the interview, also revealed who handles the cooking in her house.

"Lee Sang Soon makes all the food," Hyori said. "Since he [prepares it], he won't wreck it."

The couple was married on September 1.

After intense media speculation about their wedding day, Hyori and Sang Soon opted for a small ceremony on the Island of Jeju on September 1, with a few close friends and family members.
