"American Horror Story: Coven" is still filming season 3 in New Orleans, and several new posters have been revealed to support the season.
From the posters seen above, the theme of witchcraft and voodoo is definitely present, and even actress Angela Bassett can be seen in one of the "American Horror Story: Coven" posters.
"American Horror Story: Coven" will feature a massive and female-driven cast, including Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Jamie Brewer, Denis O'Hare, Frances Conroy, and Emma Roberts.
And speaking of Lily Rabe, the actress has also been cast in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay."
According to Deadline, Lily Rabe will appear in both Part 1 and Part 2 of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" as Commander Lyme, a District 2 victor and one of the leaders of the Rebellion at District 13.
It is currently unknown what role Lily Rabe will play in "American Horror Story: Coven."
In talking about "American Horror Story: Coven," cast member Sarah Paulson says it is a season about the "forgotten" people.
"I definitely feel that this season has a lighter tone. There is some humor there. Jessica [Lange]'s got some real zingers this year," says Paulson according to E! Online.
"Last year, to me, was really extraordinary because it was really about something and that time period in our country's history. But I sort of feel like this year Ryan [Murphy] finds a way to tell the story of the forgotten and left behind and that's what he does so brilliantly and this will be some of that as well. But there are a lot of powerful women and there are some extraordinary actresses on the show and some real powerhouses, so the fireworks are liable to fly!"
