Teresa And Joe Giuidice Fraud Update [PARTY PHOTOS] Real Housewives Of New Jersey Star Partying With Kenya Moore Instead Of Preparing For Court Or Spending Time With Kids

Teresa And Joe Giudice Party It Up WIth Kenya Moore

Teresa and Joe Giudice fraud update: Giudice couple acte like there are no fraud charges against them or legal woes to face as they party it up with Atlanta Housewife Kenya Moore. The Guidices are at risk of going to jail for a maximum of 50 years, getting dropped from their hit reality show, and losing their four little kids but it doesn't stop Teresa and Joe Giuidce from partying it up with fellow Housewife Kenya Moore, completely ignoring their extremely serious fraud charges.

Delusional Teresa and Joe pose for pics while smiling ear to ear with Kenya at a party, disregaurding their legal problems that they should be home preparing for. But is it bettter to dwell on thier legal problems and possible jail time or just go out and have a good time while it lasts? Even if they want to enjoy their last few days of freedom, maybe Teresa and Joe should spend what precious time they have left with their four little girls that could become parentless in the coming months.

Kenya took to Twitter show how much fun she was having with Teresa and Joe Giudice tweeting:

"Hey dollface! @@Teresa_Giudice was great seeing u and hubby again. Xo," Kenya wrote next to the photo of her posing with both Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Joe and Teresa plead not guilty to a whopping 39 counts of fraud. They included bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. Joe is also accused of failing to file tax returns for 2004 through 2008.Although Teresa thinks that she won't be going to jail because a judge 'couldn't possibly take four children away from their mother' the possiblity of jailtime for the Jersey Housewife is very possible.

Teresa and Joe Giudice are not just having legal problems, but they could also loose their reality show, The Real Housewives Of New Jersey. Though Bravo thrives on drama, the kind of spectacle surrounding Teresa and Joe is not positive and Bravo is becoming fed up with Giudice antics.

Bravo executives are debating the future of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," on which Teresa is the focal pint of the drama. The bad publicity by Teresa and husband Joe has been a nuisance for the Network.

Bravo may also have to get involved with Giudice legal woes.

"Employees filming for Bravo can certainly be called as witnesses to establish that the Giudices were perhaps making large purchases in cash during the time of the bankruptcy," New Jersey-based attorney Darren Del Sardo explained. "The network could also be called as a witness to support an increase of anticipated income paid by Bravo to Teresa that was not disclosed in her bankruptcy filing. In addition, they could be asked questions regarding the Giudices' business operations that Bravo followed at the time of the filing."

Joe Giudice, whose real first name is Giuseppe, is an Italian citizen. Thus, he could face deportation if he is convicted.

The Giudices, who live in Montville Township, N.J., are facing charges of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their reality TV show debuted.

The duo also had their travel restricted to New Jersey and New York and had to surrender their passports.

The pattern of alleged fraud may have lasted a decade, ," U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said.

"They're serious charges," he said.

"They are alleged to have made false statements to the bankruptcy court and the banks that lent them money," Fishman told press.

They also failed to file tax returns from 2004-2008.

In a statement, Teresa Giudice discussed the charges.

"I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," she said. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."
