Xiaomi MiPhone 3 Release Date, Reviews: Specs Of New Device Include 13 MP Camera, 5 inch HD Display, 2GB Memory, Available In Qualcomm Or Nvidia Tegra

Xiaomi Miphone 3 release date last September unveiled a new device that is offered with two different processors, a strategy for mobile device marketing that we could see in future launches. According to Asia CNET, users can choose a Xiamo MiPhone 3 with Nvidia Tegra 4 that runs on a quad-core 1.8GHz Cortex A15 processor or go for the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, which is also a Quad-core but with an impressive 2.3GHz.

Asia CNET reports that the rest of the specs are pretty much the same in the 2 available models. The devices will have 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a 3,050mAh battery. Both versions of the Android device will come with a 5in Full HD display with 441ppi (Pixels-Per-Inch)

Another selling point of the Xiaomi is the 13MP camera that takes sharp photos. It comes with Sony’s optical sensor and has a F2.2 aperture. It can take wide angles of 28mm and the lens is made up of a complex 5 elements. Users will also have the advantage of a dual-LED flash. According to Asia CNET, Xiaomi’s Weibo account shows several image samples taken by the Miphone 3and they look more than satisfactory.

Asia CNET reports that the phone will launch with a $326 price tag for the Snapdragon version in China on September 9th.

The new device will impress numerous users and could prove to be a competitor to the bigger names in the market. The sharp camera specs and heightened processing speeds is reminiscent of devices available in the current market.
