While we wait for "Thor: The Dark World" to hit theaters in November, rumors are surfacing that the antagonist Loki will soon have a romance with the Enchantress.

In an interview with Total Films, Tom Hiddleston, the actor who plays Loki, would like to take on the Enchantress as his love interest.

In the Thor comic the Enchantress is a stunning sorceress who helps Loki go after Thor from time to time.

Hiddleston said that Loki's involvement with the Enchantress is something that he has always peaked his interest. Furthermore, he implied that bringing the fictional beauty into Marvel's cinematic universe was something that might have even been talked about already.

"When I was first reading the comics, the relationship with the Enchantress was one of the really fun things I thought would be good to explore, and may have even pitched it to Kevin Feige at some point. Because she is as sneaky and as untrustworthy as he was," said Hiddleston.

The actor was really intrigued by how the relationship between Loki and the Enchantress is so complicated.

"They basically had a really fantastic and twisted relationship until they both say, 'You know what? I don’t trust you as far as I can throw you. It’s over.' Because they keep betraying each other, in a way. So it could be good," said Hiddleston.
