Why Ji Yeon is the Actual Leading Lady in Dream High 2

It seems like T-ara's Ji Yeon is the talk of Dream High 2.

Her role as Lee An, a dreadfully unskilled actress-to-be, has received positive reviews since the beginning of the season.

The episode aired on the 6th, where Ji Yeon is bickering with the actress Kang Sora who is criticizing her acting skills, has especially risen to the center of attention.

Viewers have been raving about how she has perfectly mastered the cold and arrogant Lee An, who continues to be stubborn and arrogant even after kicking and giving Kang Sora a nosebleed.

And when the director of her agency scoffed at her desire to act due to her young age, she retaliated "Ha! As if I'll be able to do anything other than run an online shopping mall when I'm old!" It was a comical yet unfortunately accurate mockery of the current societal situation.

Yet Lee An is more than just arrogant and persevering: There are times when she agonizes over her dreadful acting skills, such as the scene in the toilet where she silently listens to her friends insult her behind her back.

On top of her acting, Ji Yeon's peerless beauty, coupled with Lee-An's elaborate princess-like style, has earned her the title of "goddess". Her flawless depiction of Lee-An is leaving the audience anxious for the next episode.

Some even claim that she is more eye-catching than the leading lady Kang Sora. It may also help that Lee An has a much more distinct personality than the character played by Kang Sora. But it just so happens that Lee-An and Ji Yeon have a lot in common: for instance, both happen to be singer-turned actresses. As Dream High 2 progresses, many are hoping to see Ji Yeon's acting progress onto a whole new level.
