Maria Shifrin, "I Quit" Viral Youtube Video Star, Gets Job Offer From Queen Latifah [VIDEO]; Former Boss Makes Response Video; "You Need To Forcefully Close One Door In Order For Another One To Open"

Maria Shifrin is the star of the "I Quit" viral youtube video, and while she looked to be out of a job just a few days ago, she has now been offered a new position - by Queen Latifah!
Maria Shifrin expressed the frustration that a lot of people feel about their jobs when she made her "I Quit" viral youtube video - which she set to the Kanye West track "Gone".  In the I Quit viral youtube video, Maria does an interpretive dance.  The subtitles of the I Quit viral youtube video tell us about her job, in which she made news videos.  
Maria Shifrin's I Quit viral youtube video has since gotten over 11 million views and spawned parody videos, including a stay-at-home mom version of the video.  Now her boss has made a response to the video too.
Maria Shifrin's I Quit viral youtube video has caught a lot of peoples' attention - and it may have netted her a new job with Queen Latifah.  Maria Shifrin appeared on Queen Latifah's show, and 
Maria Shifrin explained her decision to quit so publically in a viral youtube video: "Sometimes I think that you need to forcefully close one door in order for another one to open a little easier,"
Queen Latifah seemed so impressed with Shifrin's video that she offered her a job on the spot: "With your experience, maybe I could create a position. What if I created something called 'digital content producer.  You think that might be something you'd be interested in?"
Shifrin responded, looking shocked: "Are you doing a standup joke right now? I mean..."
Queen Latifah assured her the offer was no joke: "I'm a humorous person but you're the standup. I'm a boss! And bosses can hire!"
