Singer Wheesung has chosen KBS "Immortal Song" for his first TV appearance, as well as his comeback stage, since his discharge from military service.

The star honored on the coming "Immortal Song" episode will be Lim Jae Bum. As it is a special episode honoring one of Korea's top vocalists, many skillful and beloved singers and artists are expected to perform. Wheesung's first singing comeback performance since his discharge is being highly anticipated by his fans.

Wheesung entered the Korean military service on November of 2011. He finished 21 months of mandatory military service and was honorably discharged on August 9th, 2013. He made an appearance while in the military on MBC's "Real Man," a show in which celebrities experience (or relive) military service. Concerning his plans for the future, he recently stated, "I will work on a new album. I don't know when it will be released, but it is coming. Thank you for your continued support."
