K-Pop groups are now world-reknown, their popularity conquers from Asia, Europe and even the U.S. Are you curious which K-Pop group gained the highest popularity in foreign students?

According to Congressman Yoo Ki Hong of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism a poll survey was conducted in one of the international schools in Korea, Sejong School Foundation was one who received this survey asking which K-pop  idol group do their foreign student consider to be the most popular?

The survey revealed that among 604 foreign students who took the questionnaire in King Sejong Institute chose Big Bang as their favorite Kpop group ranking #1 with the percentage of 18.3% of the total votes, next in line is Girls' Generation (15.1%), Super Junior (13.9%), EXO (11.1%), TVXQ (8.9%). The list also included sensational artist PSY (8.3%), and the rest of the groups like 2NE1 (7.6%), CNBLUE (6.8%), 2PM (6.4%) and Shinhwa (5.8%).

Also revealed in the survey results was that 66.1% of the foreign students first learned Korean by the influence of K-Pop dramas,movies and even variety shows.While the remaining 12.0% learned through local news, politics, their government and diplomacy.

Looks like Big Bang and Girls' Generations have done really well in spreading their good influence.
