First, before you draw your eye-liner, apply a beige tone eye shadow on your eyelids as base. Choose a tone that is similar to your natural skin color so that your eyes don't look swollen.

Next, use a brush to apply a black tone eye shadow for point. Make a light line a little above your opened eyes. Draw tail (the end) going up for the cat-look. Then with a black gel-type liner, draw a line over the lightly drawn line and color in the eyelids below the lines. Apply the same black shadow over the gel-liner.

For underlining, use the gel-type eyeliner with a brush. Dab a little eye liner with the brush and apply underline your eyes, then apply the point shadow lightly over that. Curl your lashes and apply mascara for added volume.
