Halloween has a way of creeping up on you, especially if you're a busy parent. Don't let your kid go as something boring this Halloween, even if you don't have any Halloween costume ideas for your kids yet. Here are five easy-to-make last minute Halloween costumes for your kids, just in time for tonight.

A lamb:

What You Need:

White crewneck sweatshirt and pants

White long sleeve shirt

Cotton balls

Black tape

Black cap

Black felt

1. Cut the arms off the sweatshirt.

2. Glue cotton balls to the sweatshirt.

3. Tape the wrist of the undershirt and ankles of the pants with thick black tape.

How To: Make Hat

1. Cut ears from black felt and glue to beanie cap.

A flower:

What You Need

Green long sleeve shirt and pants

Yellow hat

Scissors

Hot glue gun

Yellow and pink felt

Green pipe cleaners

1. Cut pink felt in the shape of flower petals.

2. Cut and glue green pipe cleaners to the underside of each petal.

3. Glue petals to the collar of the child's shirt.

4. Cut yellow felt into small petals (this will become the center of a flower).

5. Glue small yellow petals to pink petals. Then glue these to the tip of the hat creating the center of the flower.

A fisherman:

What You Need

Raincoat and pants

Rain boots

Glue

Tape

Dowel

Ceiling hook (available at hardware stores)

Ribbon

Plastic fish

Toilet paper roll

2 Bottle caps

Grey paint

How To: Make Fishing Pole

1. Cut hole in center of toilet paper roll and stick dowel through the hole.

2. Glue two bottle caps to each side of the toilet paper roll.

3. Paint the entire dowel, toilet paper rolls, and bottle caps grey. Set aside to dry.

4. Glue ribbon to the top center of the dowel (leave extra ribbon hanging like a fishing pole). Wrap the remaining ribbon around the toilet paper roll and tape it down.

5. Attach a ceiling hook to the end of the ribbon with glue to create the fishing hook.

6. Attach a toy fish to the end of the hook.

What You Need

White crewneck sweatshirt

Grey sweatpants

Scissors

White cap

Aluminum silver tape

Polyester Fiber  

1. Glue Polyester Fiber to the front of the white sweatshirt.

How To: Make Hat

1. Glue Polyester Fiber to the front of the cap.

How To: Make Pants

1. Cut aluminum tape in the shape of lightning bolts.

2. Glue lightning bolts to pants.

A skeleton:

Black long sleeve shirt and pants

White hat

Glue

Scissors

White pleated ribbon (about 2 to 3 yards)

1. Cut and glue ribbon to the shirt and pants. Cut and glue strips of ribbon for the spine, ribs, arm, and leg bones.
