Pokemon X and Y have been released, and an anonymous hacker has managed to uncover three new potential legendary Pokemon in the 3DS games!

Meet Diancie, Volcanion, and Hoopa, three vastly different looking Pokemon which an anonymous hacker has discovered through RAM editing with a hardware hacked 3DS and partial decryption of the file system.

According to Pokejungle, similar trademark names called Dianshi, Borukenion, and Fuupa were discovered several months back, so it could add credence for this Pokemon X and Y rumor.

The hacker also elaborates that Volcanion is a Fire/Water dual-type, a new combination. Diancie is Rock/Fairy, and Hoopa is Ghost/Physic. If these legendary Pokemon are real, then they are introducing new dual-type combinations as well.

Of course, like any Pokemon X and Y rumor, this one could be fake. But, if they are real, they indicate that more Pokemon remain hidden and could unveiled as event Pokemon.

The last rumor is that after no other Pokemon appear after the Pokedex number 721.

This Pokemon X and Y rumor could indicate what many have guessed after the introduction of the Pokedex, which is that more Pokemon will be added to the Pokedex at a later time, either through events, or DLC.

This decision could be wise, as it could expand the lifespan of Pokemon X and Y beyond the usual initial play period.
