Was Miley Cyrus, wearing her Lil’ Kim inspired costume, spotted with a new boyfriend during a Halloween party at Bootsy Bellows, a Hollywood A-list stars hangout? According to E! News, Miley and Paris Hilton’s ex Benji Madden was seen “making out” during the party.

Miley together with a big group of girls went to the party to meet up with Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Matthew Moshart. However, Kelly and her fiancé Matthew did not stay for long after catching up with the “Wrecking Ball” singer.

Apparently, the Good Charlotte guitarist came together with the club’s owner John Terzian to Miley’s table and the two just hit it off. 'Soon they were flirting and talking very closely. Then they shared a kiss. They left Bootsy Bellows together around 1 am,' an eyewitness recalled telling MailOnline.

“They tried to be discreet by sharing a car with some other friends but it was clear they were leaving as a couple,” the eyewitness added.

Contrary to the report, other sources claim that the kiss was nothing more than a hearsay and that nothing really “romantic” happened between Benji Madden, 34, and Miley Cyrus, 20.

Miley’s friend told People magazine that, "Nothing happened between Miley and Benji. After being introduced at the club, they chatted but it wasn't romantic. They left the club with a group of people and went to a house party. Miley and Benji had fun together, but they didn't hook up."

An eyewitness backed up the story saying that the two seemed friendly and was getting along well but not romantically. The infamous twerking star was said to have spent most of her time puffing away with her friend Adam Lambert.

"Miley was smoking and Adam asked for a drag before returning it to Miley,” the eyewitness recalled.

“She and Adam sort of danced together. She shimmied to a remix of Rihanna's 'Pour It Up,' and her table was then joined by Benji Madden," the insider added.

Following the news of her new rumored love life, Miley posted a tweet saying she’s so in love with pictures of her beloved dogs in her bed.

Miley Cyrus is now single after announcing her split with ex fiancé Liam Hemsworth last September. After which the singer was linked to producer, Mike Will Made It and just recently been linked again with the Rolling Stone heir Theo Wenner who photographed her for the Rolling Stone magazine cover.

On the other hand, Benji Madden is known for dating starlets. The musician had a relationship with reality star Holly Madison until January 2010, and previously dated Paris Hilton for nine months, was engaged with Australian starlet Sophie Monk after they split on 2008, and went out with English singer-songwriter Eliza Doolittle.
