Singer turned actor JYJ member Park Yoochun has been confirmed to star in SBS' new drama "Three Days" (working title).

Yoochun's agency C-JeS Entertainment stated on November 4th, "Park Yoochun will be playing the lead male role of Han Tae Kyung in the drama 'Three Days,' which is scheduled to air sometime in February next year." The drama will be written by Kim Eun Hee and directed by Shin Kyung Soo. It's reported that upon reading this well-made drama synopsis, Yoochun was chosen for the role without any hesitation from both parties.

The drama will be the story of the president who goes on vacation to his villa with his 3 bodyguards and turns up missing, and the agent that goes in search of the missing president.

Park Yoochun will be playing an elite masculine secret service agent named Han Tae Kyung.

C-JeS Entertainment also stated, "The roles were determined after reading the solid story and powerful synopsis. Since it is a work that presents a different type of material and involves an amazing staff, there are great expectations for the final product."

The production company Golden Thumb Pictures always made the statement, "Upon hearing that Park Yoochun will be starring in the drama, fans in Japan, the rest of Asia, and even Europe are abuzz. Even overseas buyers are eager to join in on production and sending love calls our way."

Park Yoochun made his successful acting debut through the 2010 drama "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," and has been acknowledged for his roles in "Miss Ripley," "Rooftop Prince," and "Missing You." He was even awarded at the Paeksang Arts Awards and other holiday awards ceremonies. He has been receiving an unexpected enormous amount of love from fans in Japan for his love in "Rooftop Prince" and from fans in China for his role in "Missing You." He truly is one of the most influential actor in his 20s and is being acknowledged as a Hallyu star.
