At the CMA 2013, hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood made a lot of jokes, and Miley Cyrus was at the brunt of them at the 2013 Country Music Awards. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood made fun of Miley Cyrus and her twerking.

Brad Paisley started the diss at the CMA Awards 2013 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last night, after pretending to hurt his back from twerking, a dance made famous by Miley Cyrus twerking at various performances.

Entertainmentwise reports Carrie Underwood said: "Twerking is... well, have you ever been to a Luke Bryan concert?"

Brad Paisley responded: "I thought those were mini-seizures."

Brad and Carrie then turned their attention to praise Taylor Swift at the expense of Miley Cyrus at the CMA 2013 Awards. "Taylor, you've grown up right before our very eyes," Brad said - usually, Taylor Swift is made fun of for her extensive dating life, but tonight Paisley only had kind words for her.

"And I want to thank you from a grateful industry, for never once humping a teddybear or gyrating with Beetle Juice. I really appreciate it. I know that's not easy," Brad continued, referring to Miley Cyrus' 2013 MTV VMA performance.

According to Cambio, Taylor responded by simply smiling and blowing Brad a kiss.

Then Carrie referenced Miley's controversial 'Wrecking Ball' music video, in which Miley rides around on a wrecking ball completely naked. She turned the tables and made fun of country singer and "The Voice" judge, Blake Shelton.

Carrie joked: "I've gotta say - if someone in music today was gonna be caught naked, licking a hammer ... I think we all thought it'd be Blake Shelton."

Carrie and Brad turned their attention to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" music video, and made a spoof song inspired by the cast of Duck Dynasty, who proceeded to twerk with each other, Entertainmentwise reports

"Kanye hates Kimmel, and the Jonas Brothers aren't getting along. Sinead hates Miley, and Tom Petty hates us all," Brad sang in a spoof song.
