Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson seem to be unstoppable with their intent to have secret meetings over the past week. Their reunion did not happen randomly because according to insiders, Stewart's mother, Jules, played the role of a matchmaker.

Mrs. Stewart reportedly arranged her daughter's first meeting with Pattinson for she has been very worried about him and his recent partying schemes: "Jules Stewart is like a surrogate mother to Robert in LA and she reached out to him and invited him over to see her with Kristen. They were both very worried about him."

The same source likewise tells Grazia magazine about Stewart's feeling for her former lover: "He's at a low ebb right now and enjoyed seeing Kristen. One thing led to another and they've hooked up quite a few times since in secret. She has been trying to help Robert get his life back on track. She's still madly in love with him."

However, even if Stewart appears to be yearning for another chance to make it right with Pattinson, the 'Water for Elephants' actor reportedly has no plans of reconciling with the actress for good.

"Rob has softened towards Kristen but as far as he's concerned, they're not getting back together. This is a temporary state of affairs and he has told friends they don't have a long-term future. He can't face scrutiny their relationship always comes under - but with these two, who knows?"

Another reason why Pattinson might not be keen to get back with Stewart is his rumored relationship with model Dylan Penn. Nonetheless, die-hard fans of 'Twilight' are happy that Stewart still feels concerned for the welfare of the British actor despite their split in May 2012.
