SM Entertainment Releases Statement on Girls' Generation's YoonA and Taeyeon Club Incident

Looks like Hong Kong is creating quite a stir in K-pop these days. What's going on? Two recent events happened in Hong Kong while K-Pop girls group Girls' Generation held their concert there. One issue was the injury acquired by Jessica while proceeding at the Hong Kong Airport where she was allegedly mistaken as a fan by a security guard and the second one was Taeyeon and YoonA drunk photos from a a known club. Recently, this report was cleared by Hyoyeon's friend, Tyler Kwon that it is his cousin and her friend who was in that back alley and the reports aren't true.

SM Entertainment also stepped in to this issue and give their statement saying , "It is not true at all and the people in the pictures are not Girls' Generation."

The agency continued by saying, "We are currently investigating why the article based on a nonsensical media report by Hong Kong's promotional side was written when it was not true. Even the Hong Kong press gets the feeling it is another nonsensical report from the gossip media."

Hong Kong should take some actions on these issues.  It is not good for their country's reputation if bad reports are being slapped against their country because of some people who wanted to advertise themselves just to be popular.
