Plagiarism Continues to Hunt the K-Pop Industry

So news media The Star Online had an article regarding K-Pop stars who have found to plagiarized other songs. The article explains who they were which are G-Dragon, Lee Hyori, Roy Kim, and IU. One thing that the article stated is "how this accusations will impact the future of the industry." Let's just hope that the stars can find ways to avoid plagiarism in the future because it is such a great industry and one that K-Pop fans will not like to see go away. Plagiarism does occur and the stars need to be careful and make sure that they have permission and/or that they have not used any similarities from another artists track. Like mentioned in the article, "the K-Pop industry is no stranger to copyright infringement allegations" which is why the industry needs to do everything possible to avoid it and end this reputation.

K-Pop Fever Still Hot in the United States

News media News and Record explained about how K-Pop is still popular in the United States due to the previous stars which were Psy and Girls' Generation. We all know that this week, INFINITE did a tour in the US which was a total success. K-Pop looks like it is not going away which means more singers will come to America.

M&N Released Their Music Video "Tonight"

So has you all probably know by now, Brown Eyed Girls has a subunit which is called "M&N" which stands for Miryo and Narsha which news media Popdust explained that the duo's music video is a "disappointment" because it is like a promotional video. The article then goes on to explain how the two have written the song both "Korean and English for their international fans." Hopefully the girls writes an even better song in the coming months. Fighting M&N!

Looks Like Trouble Maker’s Music Video is Really One to Watch

According to Billboard, Trouble Maker’s music video which is the R-rated version for “Now” is truly catching attention by not only being number one but as well as reaching a whopping number. Billboard news media mentioned in the article that HyunA’s and Hyun Seung’s music video has reached “more than 11 million views.” Truly impressive you two as the reason is because of the sex that is in the video. I guess “sex sells” really. Remarkable achievement Trouble Maker for being number one as well as having so many views on YouTube.
