Singer MC Mong returned from his trip to the States, anticipating a court visit in mid-March.

MC Mong has been under trial for a year and 4 months, and went on a trip as Kim JangHoon had suggested him. The trip worked as rest and recharging season for MC Mong who went through the harsh trials. But what is waiting for him in Korea is the last trial.

Last November, MC Mong was declared as guilty, and was sentenced to 6 months of jail, 1 year of probation, and 120 hours of social volunteering.

Both times of trial for the army case, MC Mong was actually declared innocent. But the police department appealed, making MC Mong stand once again at the trial court. One representative said, "He is standing in a dark alley that has no end. The trial in March has to be finished in order to organize things a bit. He is not even close to thinking about coming out to the public yet."
