‘Avengers Age Of Ultron’ [SPOILERS]– Thor Vs Ultron Will Be An Epic Battle After Thunder God Showcases Vast Powers; Whedon Keeps The Avengers Working As A Team

In "Thor: The Dark World," Thor has shown a lot more powers than he did in the first movie. He is probably the most powerful Avenger as of now.

With the emphasis of the first movie on establishing character and connecting with the fans, they seem to have forgotten that Thor is a 'god,' whatever definition that may be.

While this serves as a great back drop for a battle with Ultron, a sentient robot who developed his own god-like powers, the Avengers are all about team play.

Chris Hemsworth recently talked with Screenrant about his views on the new and improved Thor.

Speaking on Thor's role with the Avengers and how they will work as a team, can writer/director Joss Whedon handle the screen time and exposure equally without discriminating the heroes (because they have varied degrees of powers) : "Yeah and that's the smart thing about what he's constantly able to do. I don't know if it's as simple as one guy versus this guy, and this guy; there's always large developments and big themes. Also it's about how that team operates, I find that is just as fascinating as who the villain is: what would exist within the context of that group."

On his views about Ultron: "I don't know much about Ultron to be honest. I'm excited to see how this unlikely group of beings forms a team and how they continue. In the Avengers they got together there and went on their separate ways and now they're back again. I'm hugely excited about seeing what Joss is going to do with it. I have no doubt it'll be as epic as the first one."

On Thor becoming the protector of two realms (Asgard and Midgard): "I think what's good about this is that each time, with the Avengers, we sort of made it difficult to separate them each time there's some sort of conflict it's like where's the rest of the team? And I liked that Thor has another universe or the universe to sort of take care of and keep him occupied. I think that in the comic book the sort of end of days, Armageddon aspect is probably the direction in which it will all head in. Where it's sort of the end of all things and there's obviously no script or anything when I read the comic books I thought it was an interesting way to go."
