Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2: Screen Display, Processor & Memory Specs Of Rumored Upcoming 12.2-Inch Tablet Revealed, Pitted Against iPad Air

Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2: Screen display, processor and memory specs of rumored upcoming 12.2-inch tablet has been revealed, giving more clarity on what the largest tablet ever from Samsung could look like. Based on several reports and FCC filings, it seems imminent that we will see this new device very soon.

In an earlier report by the International Business Times, referencing the rumored specs, it seems that Samsung is positioning the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 to go against the iPad Air.

According to Phone Arena, based on information leaked from the FCC, the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 will be 3G capable and will support 850/1900 MHz frequencies. This model will also have a 2560 x 1600 pixel display and a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor that will be backed by 3GB of RAM.

Other rumored specs for the device include 8MP camera on the back, 2MP camera in front and 32GB of storage. Reports have suggested that it will have Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.

Though no actual photo of the device exist, a leaked render by MovePlayer propose how it might look like. Phone Arena said that if in case this device will be launched by the South Korean tech giant, it could come sooner than later. There’s a possibility that it may be on shelves in time for the holiday season 2013.

Aside from the FCC leaked info, the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 was also spotted a few weeks ago at a Bluetooth sig filing, showing that the South Korean tech giant is actively preparing the release of the unit.
