Tom Cruise lawsuit troubles are getting uglier by the minute as exclusively reported by RadarOnline.com, that Bauer Publishing - the magazine publisher he is suing for $50 million on libel and slander case - is asking the judge to cover for a portion of their legal expenses.

 Bauer Publishing's legal representatives are asking Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Chooljian to instruct Cruise to pay a sum of $35,000 in expenses related to his efforts in tying the company to an alleged anti-Semitism in his complaint against the Bauer's claim that he "abandoned" his daughter with Katie Holmes, Suri Cruise during their divorce.

The A-list actor, who is a devoted Scientologist has failed to connect Bauer to Nazism and Hitler worship, when the judge sided with the publisher ruling that there is no need to reveal whether it had any connection to alleged anti-Semitism.

Despite Cruise's complaint the federal district court judge in Los Angeles said that Bauer's probable Nazi allegiance has nothing to do with the case, while Bauer strictly denied any connection with the Nazi.

During the last trial the judged had ordered Cruise to pay or the 50 percent legal fees of Bauer. "Defendants' litigation team billed a total of 165.2 hours on thismotion...," according to the court documents acquired by Radar.

The accusations about Bauer having ties with Nazi were made by Cruise's influential attorneys for a year now, in attempting to make a connection between the defamation lawsuit that was filed against In Touch and Life & Style magazines.

Cruise's lawyer wrote a letter to Bauer's legal counsel stating: "This relentless defaming of Mr. Cruise and his Church is less surprising now that we have discovered Bauer's long and disgraceful record of religious hatred and bigotry. This appalling record goes back to the 30s and 40s, when Bauer Publishing was a fawning admirer of Hitler and the Nazis, publishing glamorous portraits of Der Führer ... They also published vicious caricatures  of Jews that were so popular in Germany at the time.
