According to media reports, Paris Hilton's little brother, Barron Nicholas, claims that Lindsay Lohan orchestrated an assault where he was badly beaten at a party took in a Miami mansion. Lindsay, recently released from rehab was in Miami for an art festival. The party where the attack happened from Friday night until well into Saturday morning.

TMZ reported that several people overheard Barron Nicholas Hilton badmouthing Lindsay Lohan right before he was attacked.  The 24-year-old Hilton called the cops and allegedly said Lindsay and a male friend approached him and started yelling, "You talk s..t about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get."

Lohan's male friend started punching Hilton while the actress giggled and cheered him on, according to TMZ that is.

Lindsay Lohan denies the charge and says she wasn't even there when Paris' brother was jumped. TMZ showed footage of Hilton confronting Lohan after the attack.

Barron Nicholas Hilton says he does not know his assailant's identity, but he says he is sure Lindsay Lohan set him up.

For this writer, I'm not so sure. A rich guy named Barron something or other? Maybe there are mitigating factors.
