Koreans are notorious for those "almost kiss" posters and scenes in dramas. I will and forever always have problems with these "almost kisses" in Korean dramas and movies because, quite, frankly we, as an audience just want them to kiss. We want them to be all over each other, dripping with undying love for crying out loud! I recently came upon the poster for the upcoming drama, "Twenty Years Old" where we see Lee Ki Kwang and Lee Da In doing the "almost kiss" and it prompted me to make this post. Enjoy these almost kisses and root for the kiss.

Seo Yeong Hee, Ji Hyeon Woo, Ryoo Jin, and Cha Soo Yeon starred in "A Thousand Kisses," but we all know it should've been called "A Thousand Almost Kisses."

Here's another "almost kiss" starring Lee Min Ho and Park Min Young. Here's what angers me about this poster-in no world would there ever be an "almost kiss" with Lee Min Ho. If I was Min Young, I would've stopped production and said, "I know this is make believe, but I'm just going to take the time to kiss this man."

"Haeundae Lovers" starring Kim Kang Woo and Jo Yeo Jeong are clearly trying so hard to make this an "almost kiss" poster that it's making their bodies sweat.

I needed to add this poster from "Fashion King" up because it's amazing. Solely because it's not even an almost kiss, it's an almost awkward hug that makes me giggle.
