Did we for a moment forget that the nut in Crying Nut is a peanut? Crying Nut is now crying out "Give Me the Money." The jacket cover features a peanut man who seems to have lost a lot of hair. But Crying Nut will always be Crying Nut. Han Hee Jung knows no end to her transformation. Her 2nd album features a woman who seems to be in deep thought looking at different masks. Who could she be? 4Minute is always coming up with something different. Their fans have the joy of finding something unique in each album. Their jacket cover this year featured the members in a mysterious light. Humming Urban Stereo's album jacket design is never something normal. Their March single "Let's Stay Together" featured a comical image of an overweight male superhero.

And then for the much anticipated winners of 2013's best album jacket covers...

SISTAR's 2nd album Give It to Me really swept the music charts this year. Whether it be as a group, as a unit, as solo artists, or in collaboration with other singers, the 4 members were at the top of the music industry. Their June released album jacket cover captured the group's confidence very well. The jacket cover pictured a close-up of the 4 member's faces. Compared to the many other idols this year that had overdone concepts, unbalanced typography, and unclear designs, SISTAR's jacket cover stood out. 2013 was indeed a good year for this girl group.

Zion T's 1st album Red Light was released in April. Until then, the fans were eager to see what he would come out with. Zion T was already a well-known name since 3 years ago, since he worked with other artists such as Primary, Dynamic Duo, and Simon D in their albums. This pop-art-like marvel hero-esque jacket cover features none other than the artist himself. It was just as fierce as the 11 songs on his album, which popular artists such as Gaeko and Verbal Jint helped perform. The fierceness of the album design goes hand in hand with his ability to make intense music.
