Porsha Stewart Kordell Stewart Divorce [VIDEO] Refuses Confidentiality Agreement Letting Her Talk Smack About Her Ex On RHOA

Porsha Stewart Kordell Stewart Divorce: Porsha changes her name from Porsha Stewart To Porsha Williams after their divorce was finalized last week.

Kordell's lawyers are glad that Porsha has changed her name back, but they are livid that Porsha wouldn't sign a confidentiality agreement saying that she wouldn't be able to discuss Kordell at all on Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

The agreement that Porsha refused to sign said that Porsha could not discuss on camera her marriage or divorce with Kordell. But Porsha was smart not to sign the dotted line. Without the juicy gossip about her tumultuous divorce, Porsha's storyline would go cold and her spot on RHOA would be in jeopardy.

Her painful split is a highlight on this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. It brings all the ladies together, joining forces against Kordell and helping the youngest Housewife find her way back from hell.

Also Porsha's therapy appointments, talking about her marriage, have been a focal pint on RHOA. It makes for interesting TV that many viewers can relate to.

Porsha discovers the unhealthy manner of her marriage.

The therapist confirms that Porsha looked up to Kordell more as a father figure than as a lover.

The therapist helped Porsha see the real problems in her marriage asking difficult questions to the Atlanta Housewife, who lost her own father at 17.

She learns that her relationship with Kordell was extremely controlling and unhealthy.

"Was your name on the deed? Was your name on the bank accounts?" the therapist asks.

The reality star shook her head, realizing her lack of control in her marriage.

"You could have been a hired help to take care of it," the therapist tells her. "When you have no funds and resources, you become quite dependent on someone."

Porsha responds, "That's what I thought being a wife was."

"Did you really have a husband or did you have a father?" the doctor bluntly asks.

"I think it was more like a father, but that's what attracted me to him because my father died when I was 17 years old. My father always had a plan for his family. I trusted him to provide for me, and I thought that Kordell had that characteristic."

The therapist lets Porsha know "The reality is, it's not the same relationship. You don't sleep with your father."

Porsha broke down asking through tears, "Then why did he marry me?"

The therapist asks the most important question of all to the RHOA star:

 "Why did you marry him?"

This makes for some great television and if Porsha broke down and actually signed the document, RHOA would be pretty stale.

DO you think Porsha made the right decision?
