"The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" Disney alum Dylan Sprouse recently owned up to the leaked nude photos, and his twin brother Cole is stepping up to the plate to alleviate controversy as well.

The origin of the leaked nude photos is still uncertain, with some accusing of ex of Dylan Sprouse while others targeting this individual as the culprit.

However, after the nude photos leak, Dylan Sprouse did the surprising thing of owning up to the photos on his Twitter page.

Since the leaked nude photos, Dylan Sprouse's twin brother Cole also took to Twitter to make light of the situation.

Since their tenure on "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," Dylan and Cole Sprouse have both enrolled in New York University, with Dylan focusing on video game design and Cole focusing on humanities and archaeology.

In addition to his leaked nude photos, Dylan Sprouse also made headlines recently for criticizing the Joe Jonas piece regarding growing up under Disney fame.

"First, I think it's (b.s.) that they were being robbed of choice or creativity. If they wanted to, they could have told Disney 'NO.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame," wrote Dylan on his Tumblr page.

He went on to say artists today "just assume they have to do what they are told by their proprietors."

"If you believe this, not only are you incredibly foolish, but you are a BAD ARTIST. Individuality is modernity's most interesting trait regarding artwork and so so many talented individuals realize this. You do not have to become something else to be successful. Not only is it not too late for them to redefine themselves now, it was never too late."
