'Kerd Awards' is hosted by Thailand's most famous entertainer 'Woody'. There are a total of 7 categories including, Born to Grasp the Main Scene, Born to Be Famous, Born to Be a Comedian, Born to Be Pop, Born to Be Giver, Born to Be Together, and Born to Be Hot. And there is also another award called 'Kerd of the Year' which is awarded to the most active and influential figure in Thailand. People will vote via social media sites on their cell-phones.

Nichkhun, a member of 2PM, has been nominated for the 'Kerd of the Year Award'. He has been actively performing as a singer as well as appearing in various commercials for products. Recently, Nichkhun also appeared in a movie.

Nichkhun stated, 'It's such an honor to be invited to such an important award ceremony. It's so overwhelming to know that I have been nominated for the award. I'm much honored to even be considered as a nominee.'
