An unfortunate event happened to Oh Jong Hyuk during a first night for Micronesia edition of "Laws of the Jungle' which brought an emotional scene for the casts. It was their first day together but unluckily an accident happened to Oh Jong Hyuk that made EXO's Chanyeol burst into tears.

Emotions were high in the latest broadcast of 'Laws of the Jungle' on December 20th. The team tried to build a temporary shelter out of branches and leaves to avoid heavy rain but due to Oh Jung Hyuk's eagerness to help and also his survival instinct, he decided to climb a tree to cut off some branch of leaves but accidentally his finger slipped which made an injury. It was said that as he grabbed onto a split branch sliced deep his pinky finger that made everyone in the state of shock. 

Even while feeling pain, Oh Jong Hyuk put on a brave face while receiving treatment and smiled to his fellow cast members. He also apologized to them for making them worry which made Chanyeol cry.

Oh Jong Hyuk then became worried for making Chanyeol shed tears. So, to comfort the idol singer he reassured Chanyeol that he is alright.

The show had the chance to interview Chanyeol and shared, "I saw him receiving treatment. Even though it must have hurt so much, he held in the pain and would smile at us... Seeing that made my heart hurt for him. That's why I started to cry." 

Hope that Oh Jong Hyuk will quickly recover from his injury!
