G.O of the five-member K-pop boy band MBLAQ is fuming over an article published in the January issue of Women Sense Magazine stating he set up actor So Ji Sub on a date with After School singer Jooyeon.

G.O even took to Twitter on Monday to castigate the writers responsible for what he claims is inaccurate reporting.

"Whether you are just dumb or bored, there is no equal to being this pathetic-a world where people do not question a report and just accept it as truth," he wrote.

"You think I'm scared?  You think I'm a nervous wreck? [symbol for laughter] False things should be admitted as such.  I hope the reporters who made up those false words read this."

According to a representative for the MBLAQ singer, although G.O was seen out in public last year with So Ji Sub and Jooyeon, it wasn't a fix up.

"It was made to seem like he had organized a blind date [in the article, but the three stars] had just hung out casually because G.O was close to both parties," the rep told the online publication allkpop.

So Ji Sub and Jooyeon both denied Women Sense's claim that the pair have been dating for 16 months, since G.O introduced them.

"It's not true," So told the publication eNEWS on Monday. "We have nothing more than a [plutonic] relationship."

After School's record label 51K Entertainment confirmed that Women Sense article was false.

"We checked and confirmed with So Ji Sub, that they are not dating," the 51K spokesperson said.

"Jooyeon heard the news when she was preparing to return to Korea after a concert in China. She was also very surprised by the sudden reports, but she was in a situation where she couldn't respond quickly which led to this delay in releasing our statement."

So and G.O reportedly became friends while working on the 2012 television drama "Ghost" (also referred to in English as "Phantom"). The show is about a police cybercrime investigation unit.
