After Christmas Sales And Discounts 2013: Amazon, Gap, J.C. Penney, Crate and Barrel, Banana Republic, Home Depot, Lowe's, And More!

As the Christmas shopping season comes to a close in 2013, after Christmas sales are already beginning in various retailers.

Although some shoppers are still trying to take advantage of Christmas Eve shopping, after Christmas sales are actually popping up already in certain locations.

“After Christmas sales actually start before Christmas itself,” a dealnews post stated.

“In fact, last year we saw sales labeled as ‘After Christmas’ that went live as early as Dec. 24. This year we expect sales to start within the same timeframe; and since Christmas Eve falls on a Tuesday, we wouldn’t be surprised to see a few branded sales begin as early as Monday, Dec. 23.”

The most readily available location would be Amazon, of course.

With a collection of year-end deals and after Christmas sales and discounts of up to 70%, check out their list of deals and sales here to figure out what you want your after Christmas shopping spree to look like.

Typically, the most discounted item after Christmas is apparel, and some of the best sales to look for will come from Banana Republic, Club Monaco, GAP, and French Connection.

Traditionally, Godiva offer huge discounts and sales after Christmas for its chocolate treats, and Neiman Marcus also carry Godiva products of up to 50% off.

Of course, after Christmas sales is the perfect time to prep for Christmas time in 2014. With 2013 nearly over, Home Depot and Lowe's will have many sales and discounts on its holiday-related products.

And with the launch of the Xbox One and PS4, 2013 has become the year of video gaming.

Some retailers like Gamestop and Best Buy will undoubtedly be attempting to move any remaining units of the next-gen consoles, provided they still have any left in stock.

The "Joy to the Players" Christmas sale at Gamestop includes an Xbox One bundle that comes with either Dead Rising 3 or Forza Motorsport 5 and Ryse for $619.97. Getting an Xbox One with all three games will run at $739.95.

It is uncertain what after Christmas sales 2013 will bring for gamers, but keep your eyes peeled!
