Top Korean American Contestants on "K-pop Star" Ever

I admit I've been on a "K-pop Star" marathon these days and I am absolutely blown away by the talent. I'm so used to seeing a lot of vocally talentless artists in Korea, that I've grown accustomed to the lack of Korean singers with strong vocals. There's nothing wrong with not being vocally gifted, because most artists are stronger in other suits whether it's dancing or stage presence or personality. But then I see these contestants on "K-pop Star" and I am just dumbfounded at how these agencies haven't picked every single contestant that auditions on that stage in front of the 3 judges. I have a soft spot for my Korean American contestants so here's a list of the best of the best!

Sam Kim from Seattle, Washington made my jaw drop. His skills on the guitar and his soulful voice had me drooling. If I was part of the big 3, I would sign this kid right away.

YouTube star, Jenny Suk, in my opinion did great in the audition, but didn't impress the judges. So she didn't get the approval to move on? So what? The girl is a star in California and her voice is gorgeous!

McKay Kim of San Diego has got that California, sun-shining kind of voice that makes you want to be on a beach drinking apple juice and watching the sun go down.

Andrew Choi is a hustler who never gave up. He's been writing for K-pop and J-pop artists for years and finally decided to give his own career a kickstart again. He smashes Maroon 5's "Sunday Morning."

And ofcourse my boy Bernard. He and his guitar and that voice.
