Godzilla Star Elizabeth Olsen Talks Playing Wife And Sister To Aaron Taylor-Johnson As Fans Theorize On Monster Revealed In Muto Research

As the New Year arrives, "Godzilla" 2014 star Elizabeth Olsen took the time to reveal some behind-the-scenes details on the upcoming remake.

"I’ve never had to do camera tests. I’ve never done those before, and I was surprised that both 'Godzilla' and 'Avengers' didn’t do it," said Olsen according to Flickering Myth.

"Both directors, Joss Whedon and Gareth Edwards alike, they just kind of know what they want and they both create things and have an energy and a way they communicate their plans. They can convince any person they want to do a role to do it. They just have such amazing visions. They’re people you want to work with. They are fun, smart guys, and you know it’s going to be a good time. You trust that they’re going to do something good."

In both "Godzilla" and "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Elizabeth Olsen will play opposite actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Interestingly enough, Olsen will play as Taylor-Johnson's wife in "Godzilla," but she will play as his sister in the "Avengers" sequel.

"We worked with each other a little bit but mainly we were just living in Canada at the same time [during filming 'Godzilla']. And I got close with his family, and they’re just very welcoming warm people, so I’m excited to be on their side of the world, working in London with 'Avengers' because I feel like I have a little bit of family there already."

Meanwhile, fans continue to speculate on the nature of the monster which will battle against Godzilla. Currently, the codename Muto is going viral, hinting at a potentially new monster for the 2014 remake.

Recently, a user on Imgur uploaded several photos showing what appears to be the Godzilla action figure to accompany the 2014 release.

However, underneath the pieces of the action figure also lies a photo that looks like the design for the Muto action figure, given that Muto is rumored to be a spider monster.

Will Muto be revealed as a new monster, or is it simply a codename for a classic "Godzilla" monster like the ones here?
