Man Admits Beating Female TV Series Star; However, Suspect Was Released, Who Is The Victim?

Celebrities are some of the most powerful personalities in the world. The things they do and say make people move. However in a case in Pennsylvania, one celebrity appeared really week in the hands of an ordinary man.

Imir Williams has pleaded guilty on assault case filed against him by Esther Schmucker of the TV series "Amish Mafia." According to a report by Lancaster Online, Williams admitted that he badly assaulted Schmucker while they were together as a couple. The incident took place on October 31 at the woman's house in Strasburg. Schmucker, who also appears on the Discovery Channel show based in Lancaster County, received a broken nose, bruised cheekbone and lost several teeth.

Around seven weeks before the suspect's confession, he was already put on jail and was ordered by the court to have no contact with Schmucker at all. He was released on bail Monday after serving a month more than the standard penalty for such charges.

The victim was disappointed with court's decision to set his abusive ex-partner free. She even dared Williams to take responsibility for his wrongdoing.

On her Facebook page, she posted:

"It's easier to forgive someone when they own up to their mistakes, by if you are in denial and think you have done no wrong then you have a problem that runs a lot deeper then the eyes can see. Beating a woman's face in because she "provoked" you is not a valid excuse. And it's frightening that they think they can justify it. Just be a man and own up to it. Point blank."

Schmucker isn't the first celebrity to be attacked by ordinary people. Reality TV mogul Kim Kardashian, Linsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton were all flour-bombed in different events. Anna Wintour was hit in the face with a vegetarian tofu tart by animal rights group PETA during a fashion show in Paris.
