Paul Walker Faked His Death Rumors Anger Cody Walker; ‘Hours’ Actor's Younger Brother Calls Media ‘Cruel’ And ‘Disrespectful’

Rumors that Paul Walker faked his death immediately went viral online. While there are some who feel relieved that their favorite actor is possibly alive, there are more who find the rumors discourteous. One of them is the 'Fast and Furious' actor's younger brother, Cody Walker.

Last December 28, the young Walker shared a news article entitled "Paul Walker Faked His Death - New Claim Upsets Fans - Hello Fashion" on his Facebook page. He added his own comment to the post: "So Disrespectful. This media is so cruel. Please Let My Brother Rest In Peace."

His anger came from a report last December 24 which claimed that Paul Walker faked his death to escape from Hollywood and regain his privacy.  Such report likewise claims that Paul Walker's girlfriend, Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, helped in faking the actor's demise.

The news report aspires to appear convincing that it even posted several photographs of the accident "set-up". A replica Porsche paired with pyrotechnics was allegedly used to fabricate the car crash.

"It has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, here, that the accident is a fabrication and that there wasn't any real car crash. Rather, what is seen is imagery of a man-made car fire and a car pre-placed in position to be incinerated: without either Walker or Rodas inside," claims the website.

Several supporters of the 'Hours' actor expressed their displeasure for the news reports.

"If Paul really faked his death, why would he do so? Why would he take such effort to create such lie? Why would he hurt his relatives & fans who really love him? Why would he leave Fast & Furious (where he earns a lot of money from) in such a horrible way?I he did fake his death, what would he do next? Get some plastic surgery? Living in a secret island? Why? What for? I think that this hoax has gone way too far," says one netizen named April.

On the other hand, a commenter who claims to be one of Walker's friends believes that the conspiracy theory is a total waste of time: "For those of you that really don't know what to believe, and really want Paul to be alive, I'm sorry to tell you that it is time to accept his death and start the grieving process- like those of us close to him have. Instead of wasting your time on all of these conspiracy theories, why don't you spend some time doing something good in the world? Paul would've liked that. You don't have to donate to his charity specifically, in fact it doesn't have to be a money thing at all. Just follow Paul's lead, and get out there and help those in need."
